The User acknowledges and accepts that he/she will access and use the Portal in a lawful manner, in accordance with applicable laws and with total freedom, consciously and under his/her sole responsibility. Likewise, the User must maintain respect for others, maintaining the generally accepted good customs and public order, refraining from making an unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Portal, causing damage to the computer systems, trying to access to use, delete or manipulate the data from Talent Swarm, Dynatec, suppliers and other users.
The User must select an email address, such as an identifier (ID or login) and a password that he undertakes to keep and use with due diligence, being something personal and non-transferable.
In relation to electronic messaging services, the User guarantees to be the owner, subscriber or user of the declared mobile numbers used for electronic messaging services and is responsible for communicating any changes in their situation.
And the User agrees, being his responsibility to keep all the information provided to Talent Swarm and Dynatec permanently updated so that it corresponds accurately at all times to the real situation of the User. The User being solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to Talent Swarm or Dynatec or to third parties for the information provided.
Data Protection
The personal data of the User (both those that are provided to us through the registration form and those that are provided to us later through requests for updating data or through documents (such as curricula, letters of recommendation, certificates and others) shall be treated as habeas data in the most absolute respect and always in accordance with the regulations for the protection of personal data with the ultimate purpose of providing industrial asset management services and if the User desires, to subscribe to employment selection processes:
- that the User¥s data will be incorporated into our database of highly qualified industrial and engineering professionals,
- that if requested by the User, data may be shared with Talent Swarm and Dynatec customers for the selection of professionals that best meet the needs of industrial and engineering projects that use our services,
- that we will periodically send you technical and professional information that we consider important to keep updated and
- that we will ask the User, at least every two years, to update the data. Unless otherwise indicated by the User, the data will be kept in our database for a period of ten years from its last update.During the selection processes, Talent Swarm and Dynatec will perform or be able to make a profile of the personality, behavior, skills and abilities to see their fit in the description of the job for which their suitability is being analyzed. Once each selection process is finished, if the User is hired, their data will be processed in accordance with the Talent Swarm and Dynatec Human Resources privacy policy, the content of which will be communicated in due course. Otherwise, the User’s data will be kept to meet future selection processes, being treated in the terms indicated herein.
Likewise, if the User consents, we will request personal and professional references to the companies in which the User has worked to date and we will give them to the companies that request them. Outside these cases and outside those legally authorized and required, the company will not transfer your data to third parties.
If as a User you want to exercise any of your rights regarding data protection (access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability, opposition, deletion or any other), you can do so by contacting our Data Protection Delegate by sending an email to dpo@dynatec.es or a letter to your attention to Dynatec, SA, Calle Bravo Murillo, no. 297, Portal 10 – 1∫ D, 28020 Madrid (Spain). Likewise, you can file a complaint with both our Data Protection Delegate, through these means, and directly with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Remember that you cannot give us third-party data and that you are responsible for the veracity of the data you provide us.

If the User leaves a comment on our site, he may choose to save his name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last one year.
